Subject [GitHub] flink pull request: [FLINK-2030][FLINK-2274][core][utils]Histogram...

Github user sachingoel0101 commented on the pull request:

    Hello @thvasilo , I was unable to access the `create...` functions from the scala API.
I'm not sure how to pass a `DataSet[Double]` to a `DataSet[java.lang.Double]` function. I
am using the following right now:
    class DoubleDataSetUtils(val self: DataSet[Double]) {
      def createDiscreteHistogram: DataSet[DiscreteHistogram] = {
    implicit def utilsToDoubleDataSet(dataSet: DataSet[Double]) = new DoubleDataSetUtils(dataSet)
    I'm not terribly familiar with the `TypeInformation` and `ClassTag` mechanisms.
    As for docs, where should I put them? Currently, the java docs for the class themselves
are written properly. However, there is a file named `zip_elements_guide.md` under `apis`
folder. Should I rename that instead to `Data Set Utilities` and add histogram docs there
