Well I've had that same problem. And it's because the rb-dependencies are not added to the
build. This is because they changed how maven resolves transitive dependencies of non default
scoped artifacts.

The most recent post I see from you is on 5/31.  I don’t understand how it
applies.  Are you saying the resource bundles are at fault?
