For what it's worth, I reported a similar bug for 4.11 here, 

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33976 

While this bug is slightly different than FLEX-34454, I'd guess that it's the same root cause.


The only solution I could find was to manage blur manually when working with title windows
(see workaround section in the link above).
