Yes, you can try using it if you want.

Darrell was trying to make it easier to run tests outside of the mustella
folder, but it broke something and he stopped trying.  We use parts of
Mustella to run tests as part of the checkintests so I know it can work,
and FlexJS uses mustella as well.
