After mavenizing using this
 "java -cp flex-sdk-converter-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
org.apache.flex.utilities.converter.core.SdkConverter /opt/apache-flex-sdk
~/work/flex-tmp/mavenized"

I get following folder in *mavenized* folder
