I'm using Jira at work and I know the button you're referring to, but
it's not there, and I have a feeling I don't have enough permissions.
Because if I could change it from there I should also be able to see
the "Edit" button on the top button bar, but I don't have it (as I do,
for instance, for the tickets I've raised).
