Also remember that even rsls signed by apache won't be the same as the adobe signed rsls. 
The adobe ones go into a special cache outside of your browser.  While anything else goes
into your browser cache.

If that is the only probable option (merge-into-code) for new SDK then we'll
have to do it, but why Apache can not distribute their own signed version of
these files?
