Didn't knew that, but again no Flex 4.11 installed.

I went to windows event viewer to see what's happening, and at my eyes I didn't notice nothing
that could help.
Nonetheless here are the log's on txt files.

Try renaming the exe file, I think that windows tries to tweak permissions automatically when
executable such as “install.exe”, “setup.exe” are run for legacy support.
