Apache Flex SDK's have the option to install one BlazeDS jar for handling
the -services-config compiler option, but I thought there were more jars
in a a full BlazeDS release and those may be needed by FB.  You can
compare the jars in the lib folder and subfolders in your working Adobe
SDK folder and and see if there are any obvious differences.  Note that in
Apache SDKs, some jars got moved to subfolders.
