I'm not sure I understand your configuration.  You are not using
FlashBuilder?  When do you see this error?

The goal is to set the Java flag java.util.Arrays.useLegacyMergeSort.
	java -Djava.util.Arrays.useLegacyMergeSort=true ...


Maybe something like this [1]?
