Put in some fixes.  There are some issues with things that don't have any width or height or LTRB constraints.  Currently an issue with FlexJSStore's Panel still needs investigation.

Also, I noted that there isn't a good way for calculateContentSize to factor in the bottom margin of the last item in a vertical layout.
