I have no idea what gets picked up by the nightly, but yes, it's just some tests which fail.
(FWIW, those tests pass for me locally.) It's also only currently running less than 2/3 of
the tests that are supposed to run (563 instead of 1033), so I'm really not sure what's up
there.
