I found a workaround.
After a event of MouseEvent.CONTEXT_MENU at SystemManager, the leaked instance was released.

  var sm:ISystemManager = ui.systemManager;
  var cmEvent:MouseEvent = new MouseEvent(MouseEvent.CONTEXT_MENU, true, false, 0, 0, sm as
InteractiveObject, false ,false, false, false, 0, false, false, 0);
  sm.dispatchEvent(cmEvent);
