Run the the Flex web application in IE 7,8,9,10 or Fire Fox 29.0 and Select the browser encoding (View -> Encoding -> Japanese(Shift_JIS)), Observe that Flex application is not at all loading and blank page is displaying.

Note: In the browser left bottom corner displaying warning message as below
Error on this webpage might cause it to work incorrectly.
