Same problem here. Changing @Java with full path worked.

Encoutered the follwing problems (all solved):
1. flex-config.xml -> under target-player -> changed 11.2 with 11.9 <target-player>11.9</target-player>
2. It trys to create a folder in the same path as output swf files with the same name as the
swf filename.
"C:\APACHE\htdocs\testing\bin-release\testing.swf\bin\js-release\"
Removing the swf file and creating the folder manually solves it.

"The project 'testing' has been successfully compiled and optimized."
