Mark, I find the implementation of labelPlacement rather unusual.
IMO, labelPlacement should not use a new skinPart (new "checkDisplay" skinPart) but rather
use the existing labelDisplay skinPart and the placement logic should be in the skin, not
in the host component.
Moroever, I find it also unusual to re-define the styles (labelPlacement) as getters/setters,
and this will confuse the MXML compiler.
