I didn't test this use case.  Can you test it please ?

You don't need git to get the nightly build, as least not with ApacheFlex ;-).

* Download ApacheFlex installer, if not already done: http://flex.apache.org/installer.html
* Select "Nightly (dev only)" from the list of releases.
* Enjoy
