the bugs listed above, although related to mobile TextInput, are not the same as this one.

* https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3640670 is about auto-correct not working
on Samsung Android, even with the default Stage skin.  
I don't have an Android device, so I can't tell, but it looks rather like an AIR issue.

* https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3605590 is about *restrict* attribute,
which is not a native capabilitiy, but a Flex one.  So it's probably a Flex bug, as stated
in the ticket.

The only attributes that are handled natively are: autoCapitalize, autoCorrect, softKeyboardType.

I suggest you rectify your post on the second issue, please.
