May you explain better the scenario? Using the latest TestFocus.mxml, I obtain the following:

1) With no selection, I'm not able to ever reach RB "C" tabbing forwards or backwards (it
will always land on RB "D" or "A").

2) Even if, when on RB "D", I press the up cursor (it will move focus to RB "C" and select
it) I cannot manage to reproduce the described behavior.
