Ah, I see now. I just double clicked the SWF that resulted from the compile... My bad. For
future dummies like me: you run AIR apps from the command line using "$PATH_TO_ADL_SCRIPT
Main-app.xml". My mini-test app (Button, Label and some events) works as expected.
