I haven't looked at how hard it is to rename a repo, but if we can live
without renaming it I think it would save us all time.  What would we
really get out of renaming the repos?

The JSSWCs are something different.  They are internal JS APIs upstream to
the JS implementation in other SWCs.  They don't represent 3rd party APIs.
