Arsidia has a nice TLF toolbar: =

They also have an HTML frame component: =

CKEditor, you can use that. They even use it to load CKEditor in the =

I=92m not sure what you call =93quite expensive, but their license is =
$599. (I think that=92s pretty reasonable.)
