Are those changes in repos other than flex-asjs?  You can probably leave
your flex-asjs folder intact.  Just blow away all the sibling folders like
flex-falcon and flex-sdk and then run “ant all” from flex-asjs.

How do we reach them to invite them?  Why aren’t they on our mailing lists
and what can we do get them to listen here?  I think we have to try to use
this channel as our main place for discussion.
