I've been trying to push a fix but had that:

Push failed
Failed with error: error: no DAV locking support on https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/flex-falcon.git/
         fatal: git-http-push failed

Any clue why ?

the falcon build.xml to copy it to the generated folder?
