I’m not sure it is AIR.  From the time you hit publish, it seems like the
Apache servers that server that file don’t always serve it right away.  I
can even view the file in the browser and it won’t be updated until I hit
refresh.  So sometimes I double check by using a browser to view the file
before running the installer.
