This indicates the last snapshot version of the built artifact in uses, the maven repository
might store more than one snapshot, it appends to the snapshots a timestamp to differenciate
them, it meant it didn't find the requested snapshot probably because it has been automatically
removed, replaced by a more recent one and this is a Ant script, in pure Maven build, you
can indicate you want the more recent one using mvn -U> > The mysteries of Maven. Maybe

In dev phase, because the prepare-release plugin set the next snapshot version to the module(s),
you won't have a release number in the dev branch, only in releases.
