Couldn't reproduce Test#2 issue ( FlexJS with SDK List in Locale ES)  
The only evidence I have is the screenshot :-(

So let's consider it's not reproducible for now and reopen if it happens again.

Yes, sorry, Test#3 passed.

Will try again with test #2 to see if there is a reproductible path.

Thanks Maurice.  FlexJS install has not been localized, but you're right that the license
dialog should show the FlexJS english list instead of defaulting to the SDK list.  However,
I could not reproduce that screen.
I'll keep trying.

Regarding test #3, did it pass for you or not?
