Callout could check event target?

Issue is because a drop down list  is dispatching a "close" event, which is=
 have the same type text as a callout code event.

While perhaps an easy fix is to change the the callout type to be something=
 else e.g. "CalloutClose" but not sure we can change without breaking user'=
s code.
