This shouldn't be very hard to implement codewise.  The biggest hurdle,
IMHO is to get a designer type person or a developer with a good eye for
graphic design to come up with an overall look and feel.

For example, we are trying to change the default look of the Flex mobile
app.  The hardest part is creating the visuals.  Luckily, Android makes the
default visual assets available on the dev site.  After that it is just a
matter of using the right tools to convert the formats (from AI to FXG,
CSS, etc.)

Another good example is the skinning work that the Fuse Collective folks
did for the Apache Flex logo and the Installer skins.

Are there designer folks who want to help out here?
