Subject RE: Flex Mobile DataGrid donation submission
Date Tue, 24 Sep 2013 21:55:52 GMT
Reading again the licences pages at Apache (http://www.apache.org/licenses/), it seems that
only the software grant doc needs to be signed for a donation.
The other two are for employees or individual that directly work on the Apache project, which
is not my case.

Do you confirm?

To make sure I understand correctly, I will have the 3 legal documents (icla, grant, and
corporate) signed by an authority in our company (eg. CFO or V.P. Products)

And then send the scanned printed docs to secretary@apache.org, through regular email.

Is that OK?

Or Alex, did you mean he doesn't need to send it until the Software Grant is executed ?

Oh, just answered but in private :P

Remains 2 little things to do and I guess you can send the zip back to the ticket.

Fully agree, I will not add the "Systar" headers, until you add the final Apache headers.

As you say, the code does not have to be public.

I just sent an update to Fred, with the changes he asked and a bug fix following the latest
refactoring.

I will let him get back to his work.

Hi Maurice,

Thanks for spending time cleaning up the code a bit. I just didn't want Fred to feel like
he had to keep reviewing since he's short on time.

IMO, you could wait to post the next package of code until you get headers in place. You
don't even have to do that either, the public doesn't actually have to see the code until
the Software Grant is executed.

Thanks,
-Alex
