Flex SDK: 4.10 (FP 11.8)

built source (from given link)
Installed binaries (from given link)
Setup flex with Air 3.8 and FP 11.8


One minor graphical thing.  when building the source, there is a word wrap
issue on the starting header with the asterisk borders.
