    Resolution: Fixed

Can't reproduce issue as described but fix 2 other minor issues and checked into develop branch.
1. RTE when control click removes first selection of many.
2. Shift selecting multiple days and then control clicking multiple days out of the middle
of the selection would sometime give incorrect election.
