Yeah, it's 67 Gb of download, not usable to me either !

I agree,

When I used svn, I created a folder 'whiteboard/mschmalle' and only
checked out mine.

The way it's setup is not usable for sure. I'm just ditching the
premise of a whiteboard as it stands.
