the only licenses I have for Windows is Windows 2008 server most probably
Standard, let me know if this is OK because I'll have to install it.

That would work as well.  A vanilla Windows copy would be sufficient.  You
should send the connection details to private@flex.apache.org so that the
Flex PMC has control over it.
