Sometimes it is helpful to take time to answer threads, but it probably went ok. It was more
provocative and as such gets attention.

My check, if I make it will be strictly regarding whether or not RC7 is properly packaged
with correct licensing.

Voting -1 due to technical reasons is good. You may want to do it in the VOTE thread.
