    Resolution: Won't Fix

According to Erik, this signing is only about convenience binaries and has no impact on the InstallApacheFlex source code release. 

The current signing instructions for the convenience binaries are found at http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flex/utilities/trunk/installer/RELEASE_GUIDE

Marking this won't fix for now, nothing needed as far as the source release is concerned.
