Subject Apache Flex Graduation: (was Re: Flex trademark assigned to Apache Software Foundation)

There have been some discussions with the Mentors about graduation.  As you
can see from the branching discussion, we still could use some mentor
guidance from time to time.

Personally, I think we should cut another release with more involvement from
the non-Adobe folks.
