If you already have a WIKI account, then somebody has to give you write
permissions.  I'm not sure who that is anymore as Doug was helping out in
that aspect before he passed away.

When you commit changes, you are actually updating the "staging" server,
which is located at : http://flex.staging.apache.org/flex/

To push those changes to production, you can either use the Apache CMS, or
you can do a command-line push.  Both options are described at :

I personally have been using the CMS interface -- it's a single button and
it gives you more details on the background processes that are re-building
the site.  A full doc on the CMS is here :

Just commit your own folder.  There are no separate permissions in that
area.  Generally, we've been following the rules that you only mess with
stuff in your own whiteboard, unless somebody asks you for help in theirs.

Carroll may need to answer this one.  From what I remember, you need to
create a public_html folder on people.apache.org, or something along those
lines.  My normal resources don't really list anything on this.
