It does not matter where we host the installer binary.  Erik's proposal
will let the installer load the Flex binaries from the preferred mirror

The problem we are trying to solve here is how to get that preferred mirror
url info injected into the installer app.  We need to figure this out
regardless of where we host the installer binary.
