We can release without Mustella.  It won't be in the distribution (since it
wasn't in Adobe releases, and I'm not really sure it makes sense to put tha=

much stuff in a distribution).  Carol and/or I will run the release against
our private working copies of it.

We're still working on the scrubbing and fixing of tests.  There was a lot
of bad stuff in there and we keep finding more.

I think the order will be:
TLF
BlazeDS
Falcon

But you never know since some legal hiccup can slow things up.  Also, it
would be interesting to know whether 3.x should be higher priority than
Additional Spark Components.
