That article isn't surprising, but I think that Flex is better off on Apache
than github. The latter is a great place to start a collaborative work, but
I'm not sure it would suite an existing, previously proprietary product like

Having said that,   Apache's insistence on owning products and restricting
who can make changes is irritating. For example, I'd like to create a
private -> protected fork of Flex and stick that on github as it's a
specialised product. Under Apache rules though, I'd have to call it
something other than Flex, even though it would remain open source.
