Subject Re: [Mifos-users] split savings
Date Wed, 24 Jan 2018 18:20:59 GMT
Hello Simon,

It's not yet possible to split these savings streams into different
categories of savings within the same account. However it's something that
has come up before in the past and would be a very valuable feature
especially as digital financial inclusion services and products try and
better emulate informal cash-based savings mechanisms. Other partners are
also working on gamification features and goal-based savings so this
requirement fits nicely into that broader theme.

Could you please create an issue for this on the Apache Fineract issue
tracker so we can begin fleshing it out as a feature to put into the
roadmap. You can create an account then create a new ticket at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/FINERACT/issues/FINERACT-590?filter=allopenissues

I have also cc'd the Fineract User list which you can subscribe to by
emailing user-subscribe@fineract.apache.org.

Thanks,

Ed
