@Emmanuel Nnaa,
1. If I create code values for eg. Gender (Male, Female). by default the values passed in
column of is_mandatory under m_code_value table is false (0). Is this the expected behavior?.

2. Where this will get affected? eg. if for Male I set as 1, and for Female as 0 (In m_code_value
table under is_mandatory column).
3. While creating the data table if I select drop down there also one mandatory check box
will appear, it is bit confusing with this mandatory can you clarify.
