Hey Ross,

happy new year!

How should we deal with the required sign-off? Should we assume consensus if we don't here
something and simply add a mentor to the sign-off list?

This feels a bit strange to me to be honest, but if you guys feel good about that I'm fine.

I wanted to highlight that although the IPMC requests that mentors "sign-off" on reports I
very rarely do so. I prefer to spend my time doing useful things than ticking check-boxes
on paperwork. I do read the reports as they are in development and I will comment as appropriate.

assistance that the community needs to make.

If I should disappear (sometimes other things get in the way) you have other mentors who will
do the same (and some might even sign-off since that is what the IPMC requests).
