    Fix capability key case

    RequirementImpl is not matching Capabilities because it is using a filter that ignores
case. The Filter lowercases the keys, but this is also not done when trying to match them.
    Merge PR 52 https://github.com/apache/felix/pull/52 first.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/skahmann/felix fix_capability_key_case
