I see you've changed the @requiresDependencyResolution from test to compile - note that this
will now hide any runtime dependencies from BND, potentially breaking any projects that rely
on runtime dependencies being available for embedding in the final bundle. See the table in
http://maven.apache.org/developers/mojo-api-specification.html for the effect of different
settings on dependency resolution.

Wrt. changing how the plugin works, I think that such a fundamental change is best done as
a new plugin implementation - it would also be a good time to change the name of the plugin
to match the preferred format for plugins developed outside of the Apache/Maven project, for
example something like bnd-maven-plugin.
