Thanks for your patch, [~dpfister], it basically looks good to me. I've applied it in rev 1615050.

According to the latest RFC 189, the path (HTTP_WHITEBOARD_CONTEXT_PATH) property is now mandatory, so I think we should add a check for that.
The name property can have multiple values, which basically means the context is referenceable using all these names, but just the first is used as the official name.

Once we have a first version of the runtime service, we need to create failure DTOs for all failure cases.
