So when the CFG file contains non-ascii characters, those characters are "t= ransformed" during parsing. Typically my file contains the line "error.mess= age.210=3DIdentifiant d'entit=C3=A9 cible invalide" (without the "") but af= ter FileInstall parsing, my string is transformed into "Identifiant d'entit= =C3=83=C2=A9 cible invalide" (still without the "").
