David Jencks commented on FELIX-4391:

I believe the current rfc 190 draft does not mention restricting the application of this property
to 1.3 namespaces, and I don't really think it should. Maybe if you do you should comment
on osgi https://www.osgi.org/members/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2573

> [DS] R6/rfc190 Support <refname>.cardinality.minimum configuration property
> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
> Key: FELIX-4391
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-4391
> Project: Felix
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Declarative Services (SCR)
> Affects Versions: scr-1.8.2
> Reporter: David Jencks
> Assignee: David Jencks
> rfc190 section 5.10 introduces the ability to set the minimum cardinality of a reference
in configuration properties through a <refname>.cardinality.minimum property.
> This can be supported right now since it doesn't involve any schema or interface changes,
just looking for a new config property.
