I still see it with the WebConsole v4.0.0, identical trace

Problem accessing /system/console/bundles/15. Reason:
    INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR
Caused by:
java.lang.NullPointerException
	at org.apache.felix.framework.PackageAdminImpl.getBundleType(PackageAdminImpl.java:112)
